Step-by-Step Power Control Without Electronics
 
GAZDA Trio 14 kW is a modular electrode heating system consisting of three boilers with stepped power configuration (2+4+8 kW).
This system allows you to adjust heating power by switching individual boilers on or off — without inverters, complex controllers, or programming.
The combination of three different power levels provides flexible control of heating output, making the system ideal for larger installations and higher energy demand.
Unlike traditional electrode boilers, where power strongly depends on water conductivity, the Trio system allows you to adapt the output by selecting the appropriate combination of boilers. No constant water adjustment is required.

How the GAZDA Trio System Works
The system consists of three independent electrode boilers with different power levels.
Each boiler can operate separately or in combination with others, allowing step-by-step power control depending on current heating demand.
Available power combinations:
2 kW → 4 kW → 6 kW → 8 kW → 10 kW → 12 kW → 14 kW
Instead of adjusting water chemistry, you control the active electrode surface by switching boilers.
This ensures:
– stable operation with different water types  
– no need for constant water correction  
– simple and reliable control  
The result is a powerful and flexible heating system that adapts to larger installations without complexity.

Control System and Electrical Panel
The system is supplied with a complete control box, ready for installation.
The control panel includes:
– main circuit breaker  
– digital power meter (current, power, energy consumption)  
– individual breakers for each heating stage  
– contactor for load switching  
The built-in digital meter allows real-time monitoring of:
– current (A)  
– power (kW)  
– energy consumption (kWh)  
This gives full control over system performance at any time.

Control Options
Select the preferred control system from the dropdown menu:
– Classic Control (GAZDA G105 + Current Meter)  
Reliable temperature control using a digital thermostat.  
The circulation pump is automatically controlled.
– Wi-Fi Control (KONLEN + Current Meter)  
Remote control via mobile app (Smart Life).  
In this configuration, the circulation pump operates continuously and is protected by a dedicated breaker.

Installation and Configuration
The system is mounted on a polypropylene manifold (32 mm) with standard 1” threaded connections for supply and return.
Each boiler is equipped with shut-off valves, allowing independent operation and easy maintenance without draining the system.
A temperature sensor port is located on the top manifold.
The unit is designed for wall mounting and weighs approximately 5–6 kg.

IMPORTANT
This product is a basic heating module and requires additional external components.
Not included:
– circulation pump  
– safety group (pressure relief valve, air vent, manometer)  
– expansion tank  
– filter  
All components must be installed separately according to your system design.
