4. Important Notice
Payments are processed only to accounts belonging to Yan Benchak (sole proprietorship).
We do not request payments to any other company.
Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Shipping Area
We deliver to all countries within the European Union.
Shipping is free of charge for the customer.
Shipping Methods
We use two carriers: InPost (priority) and DPD courier.
1. InPost – Priority Shipping Method
InPost is our preferred delivery method due to cost efficiency and reliable service.
Delivery within Poland:

InPost courier delivery to your address
International Delivery (outside Poland):
InPost International delivers only to parcel lockers or parcel points.
Home courier delivery via InPost is not available outside Poland.

Portugal
Shipments to Austria and Hungary are handled via partner network (Austrian Post).
If you are located in one of the above countries, your order will normally be delivered to the nearest available parcel locker or parcel point.
2. DPD Courier
If:

InPost is not available in your country, or
-
There is no accessible parcel locker or parcel point near your location, or
-
You request home delivery,
your order will be shipped via DPD courier directly to your address.
DPD provides full coverage across the European Union.
Order Processing Time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within up to 2 working days after payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time within the European Union is typically 3–5 working days from the next working day after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination country and carrier operations.
Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
Important – Parcel Locker Collection
For international InPost deliveries (outside Poland), parcels are delivered exclusively to parcel lockers or parcel points.
If the parcel is not collected within the storage period defined by the carrier, it will automatically be returned to the sender.
In case of return due to non-collection, re-shipment costs may apply.
