Refund and Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods (e.g. a GAZDA electrode boiler or accessories).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example, by email).

3. Conditions for Returns

Returned goods must meet all of the following conditions:

  • the product has not been installed, connected, or used;

  • the product has not been filled with water or connected to a heating system;

  • the product is returned in original packaging, complete with all accessories, manuals and documentation;

  • no signs of installation, mounting, operation, or modification are present.

⚠️ Important:
Products that have been installed, connected to an electrical or heating system, or used for their intended purpose lose the right of withdrawal under EU law and are not eligible for return, unless the product is defective.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect products:
    We cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Change of mind / withdrawal:
    The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund the full cost of the product including standard shipping costs. You are responsible for the return shipping costs..

5. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original method of payment.

6. Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • products that have been installed, used or connected;

  • custom-made or clearly personalized products;

  • products returned incomplete or damaged due to improper handling.
