A new version (produced from November 2016).

  Thermoregulator TR-16.06 (further ‘device’), is used in the heating systems, in order to control temperature of the heat-insulated floors, pools, greenhouses, refrigerators, freezing chambers and also for no freezing of the spillways etc.

The instrument has monitoring of an open/short of the sensor for more comfortable temperature control. The instrument has additional functions: setup of temperature of a hysteresis, a time delay on switching on of the relay, 3 operation modes: heating, cooling, a window; a panel of control buttons locking, function of connection the control buttons. Also the instrument doesn't require retuning in case of power cutoff. All settings remain in a non-volatile memory.

Installation of desirable temperature

  By short pressing the button ▼ or ▲ the device temporarily shows on the screen specified desirable temperature. For the menu access for changing the desirable temperature it is required to press and hold down for 2 seconds the button ▼ or ▲ changeable value of temperature will begin to blink. Further the same buttons ▼ or ▲ to set desirable temperature and to fix the button B.

 

Installation of the "rEJ" mode

  For a start it is necessary to access the menu of the device. For this purpose it is required to push and hold for 2 seconds the button B. Then by short clicking on the same button to select the rEJ submenu. Further with the button ▼ or ▲ to select one of three options (the selected mode blinks) and to press shortly the button B for confirmation.

The instrument has three options of an operation mode:

1) nAG- heating

2) ohL- cooling

3) ocn- interval

Installation of temperature of a hysteresis "GSt"

  For a start it is necessary to enter the menu of the device, for this purpose it is required to press and hold down for 2 seconds the button B, then short pressing of the same button to select the GSt submenu. Further to set with the button ▼ or ▲ the required value of a hysteresis (changeable value blinks) and to press shortly the button B for confirmation.

  How the hysteresis works?

  When the mode of heating nAG is selected: if desirable temperature is set as 30 °C and the hysteresis will be set as 5 °C then relay of the device will turn on at a temperature of 25 °C, and is disconnected when 30 degrees, thereby maintaining the temperature of 25-30 °C.

When the mode cooling ohL is selected: if desirable temperature is set as 30 °C and the hysteresis is set as 5 °C, then the relay of the device will turn on at a temperature of 35 °C, and is switched-off at 30 °C, thereby maintaining temperature of 35 and 30 °C.

When the mode window OCN is selected: if desirable temperature is set as 30 °C and the hysteresis is set as 5 °C, then the relay of the instrument will turn on at the taken temperature from 25 °C to 35 °C, and switched-off if the taken temperature is above 35 °C or below 25 °C.

Operation-time counter

This model of heat controller has a built-in operation-time counter. The time is calculated every second of the heat controller's operation and is saved in the device internal memory every 15 minutes, even in case of a power cut. The calculated time is recorded in a heat controller's "trE" menu in increments of one hour. A maximum recorded value is equal to 999 hours. When the maximum value is reached, the time count stops. You can resume counting by resetting the counter. The aim of this function is to calculate energy consumed over a certain period of time, for example, over a month. To check or reset the recorded time you need to enter the heat controller's menu. In order to do it, press the "В" button and hold it for 2 seconds. Then press the same button shortly and choose a trE submenu. After that you can access the trE submenu to view the recorded time by pressing ▼ or ▲ buttons. In order to reset the counter, use ▼ or ▲ buttons to select “YES” value and press the B button shortly to confirm your choice under the trE menu.

Temperature sensor calibration

First, you need to access the controller’s menu. To do it, press the "В" button and hold it for 2 seconds. Then press the same button shortly and choose a Cor submenu. Use the ▼ or ▲ buttons to set a correction (the changeable value will blink), and press the B button shortly for confirmation.

Installation of response delay of the device relay for the taken temperature changings "rEL".

  For a start it is necessary to enter the menu of the device, for this purpose it is required to push and hold for 2 seconds the button B, then by short clicking of the same button to select the rEL submenu. Further the button ▼ or ▲ to set the required delay period in seconds (the selected mode blinks) and to press shortly the button B for confirmation.

How the time delay works:

After the relay of the device turns on or turns off the loading it won't response to changes of the taken temperature during the specifies time even if indications of the taken temperature will quit out of the set limits.

Note:

if there is no obvious need for a time delay of reaction is strongly recommended to set value as 0.

Electronic lock of the "bLC" control buttons

  For locking of control buttons it is required to push and hold the button ▼ about 4 seconds before appearance on the screen of indication of bLC. After activation of this function when clicking any button on the screen indication of bLC will be removed. For switching-off this function it is required to push and hold the button about 5 seconds until on the screen of the device bLC will be displayed. This function is applied for an exception of unwanted or random changes in settings of the device by the inexperienced user.

Switching on and switching off the device by control buttons

  Switching off the device can be made with buttons on a front panel of the device. For this purpose it is required to press and hold for 4 seconds the button ▲ Switching on is made by holding for 2 seconds the same button.

Note:

In case of wire break or hitting of water in the sensor, on the screen Err will be displayed. In case of short circuit of outputs of the sensor on the screen will be displayed ЗНE.

Warranty liability

Guarantee use period of the device is 12 months from the day of sale. If the device broke down during the guarantee period, the manufacturer has to do a repair during next 14 days from the moment of the device arrival to the service. Or replace device if it is beyond repair.

The device is beyond the guarantee repair in the cases, specified in this certificate: integrity damage of the seal; absence of the package box or operational manual with the warranty mark; presence of the tracks of opening; external injury of the core, splits, cracks; internal damages of the parts; melted terminals; incorrect connection; water inside the device core, corrosion of the internal and external components; natural factors (lightning) etc. In these cases repairing is carried out for the buyer expenses.

The warranty for servicing the device, which broke down through buyer fault, during the warranty period can be from 3 to 6 months or before warranty period ending, depends on complexity of the breakage. The guarantee for the post-warranty repair is 3 months.
